SellerSide provides this page to help you request assistance and report access barriers. It is not a certification that every page, device or assistive technology has passed an accessibility audit.
02 Design intentions
The website uses readable text, clear headings, descriptive controls, visible keyboard focus states and layouts that reflow on smaller screens. Legal content uses a narrow reading column and section navigation. Reduced-motion preferences are supported. Device, browser and assistive-technology combinations may behave differently.
03 Ask for assistance
Email support@sellerside.app if you need help accessing information or completing a step. Describe the page or app screen and the information you are trying to access. You may explain a preferred way to receive help.
04 Report a barrier
If you can, include your device, operating system, browser or app version, the steps involved and the assistive technology you use. Share only details needed to describe the issue. Do not include passwords, verification codes or sensitive property documents.
05 Review and improvement
Please report any access barrier to support@sellerside.app so it can be reviewed. External app stores and linked services control their own accessibility experiences.
