Photo suggestions cover visible details in the selected image, such as preparation, staging, lighting or framing. They may miss issues or misinterpret an image. They are not a whole-home inspection or a diagnosis of hidden defects. Review each suggestion before adding it to your plan; no repair requirement is established by an AI observation.

03 Listing drafts and document notes

Check generated listing copy for accuracy and appropriate language, then edit and approve it before use. Document review may omit unreadable text, scanned pages, images or signatures. Check notes and extracted dates against the original document and a closing professional. A summary does not establish that a document is valid, complete or safe to sign.

04 Savings, pricing and deadlines

Savings are estimates based on entered assumptions, not guaranteed results. Optional costs and third-party charges can change the result. Seller-entered prices and comparable properties are not verified market valuations. Confirm contractual deadlines independently; reminders follow the dates entered in the app.

05 What the AI provider receives

Requested AI assistance is processed through DeepSeek. A photo review sends the selected image and category; listing generation sends property facts and confirmed highlights; document review sends an image or extracted text. 06 You choose what happens next
