01 Before deleting your account
Save any listing materials, documents or notes you want to keep. Account deletion is permanent for the active SellerSide workspace. Deleting the app from your phone does not itself delete your account.
02 Delete from the app
Open SellerSide and go to More → Account settings → Delete account. Enter your current password, acknowledge the deletion message, then select Permanently delete account and confirm. If the app reports that deletion could not finish, follow its retry instructions or contact support.
03 What the deletion flow removes
Successful account deletion removes the active account, property workspace, uploaded files, saved AI analysis, notification registrations and related active service records. Limited deletion-status records support completion and retry handling. Residual backups and operational records under SellerSide’s control are retained for up to 14 days after successful account deletion.
04 What may remain elsewhere
The 14-day limit does not apply to provider-held or legally required records, including mandatory Google audit logs, email records held by Resend and records held by the AI provider. Those records follow separate retention rules. Listings, exported files and copies shared with Zillow, Houzeo, email recipients or other apps must be managed separately. Deleting your SellerSide account does not remove those external copies.
05 If you cannot access the app
Email support@sellerside.app from your account email address and explain that you need account-deletion assistance. Never send your password, verification code or private documents in the initial message. We may need to verify that the account belongs to you before helping with the request.
