01 Who operates SellerSide

SellerSide operates the SellerSide app and its marketing website from 14480 Borgman St, Oak Park, MI 48237, USA. SellerSide is based in Michigan and serves homeowners in the United States. For privacy questions, contact support@sellerside.app.

02 Information in your workspace

Account information includes your name, email address and authentication records. Your workspace may contain property details, photos, documents, tasks, listing drafts, buyer contact details you enter, showing notes, offers, closing dates and notification preferences. Device registrations support requested push notifications. Share only information you are authorized to provide.

03 AI processing and providers

Google Firebase supports authentication, database storage, file storage, backend processing and push delivery. When you request AI assistance, DeepSeek receives the selected photo and category, document image or extracted text, or property facts and highlights used to generate a listing. Resend processes recipient addresses and message content for account emails and enabled reminders. Apple’s push service supports iPhone notifications.

04 External links and sharing

Opening a Zillow, Houzeo or other external link does not automatically submit your listing or documents. The destination may receive ordinary browser or network information. When you copy, export or share materials, you choose the content and destination. Third-party services govern their own accounts, fees and data practices.

SellerSide does not receive referral fees or commissions from these providers.

05 Retention and deletion

Active account and property information is kept while you use SellerSide, unless you remove it. Successful account deletion removes the active account, property records, uploaded files, saved AI notes and notification registrations. Residual backups and operational records under SellerSide’s control are retained for up to 14 days after successful account deletion. Provider-held and legally required records can remain longer under separate retention rules. These exceptions include mandatory Google audit logs, email records held by Resend and records held by the AI provider. Copies you have shared externally must be managed separately.

06 Your choices and requests

SellerSide is intended for users aged 16 and older. You can review your property information, manage reminder preferences, choose which content to send for AI assistance and use the in-app deletion route. To ask about accessing, correcting or deleting your information, email support@sellerside.app from your account email address. Do not send passwords, verification codes or private documents in your initial request.

07 Website tracking and updates

The marketing website does not currently use optional analytics or advertising trackers. Hosting and service providers may process technical information needed to deliver the website and maintain their services. See Cookies & Tracking Policy for more information.
