01 About these terms

You must be at least 16 years old to use SellerSide. SellerSide helps homeowners organize a sale, prepare listing materials and review information. SellerSide is based in Michigan, USA, at 14480 Borgman St, Oak Park, MI 48237. Contact support@sellerside.app with questions about these terms.

02 Your account and content

Keep account access private and provide accurate information. Upload only photos, documents and other content you have authority to use. Avoid unnecessary sensitive information about yourself or others. You remain responsible for your content and for reviewing materials before publishing or sharing them. SellerSide and its service providers process the content you submit to provide the features you request.

03 Review before you rely

AI output is a draft or guidance. Review descriptions, photo suggestions and document notes against the original facts. Check property measurements, features, dates and disclosures before publishing, sharing or acting. SellerSide does not replace qualified real estate, legal, tax, lending or inspection advice.

04 Publication and other services

A saved or approved SellerSide draft is not a published listing. Manual Zillow assistance and an optional Houzeo link lead to separate services. You decide whether to submit content there. Third-party eligibility, terms and fees, including optional flat-fee MLS costs, apply separately. Automatic publication and integrated messaging are not represented as available.

SellerSide does not receive referral fees or commissions from Zillow, Houzeo or other providers.

05 Estimates and transaction decisions

Savings examples use editable assumptions and optional selling costs. Actual costs and outcomes differ. Pricing inputs and seller-entered comparable properties are not an appraisal. Offer comparisons and closing reminders support organization; you remain responsible for confirming deadlines and obtaining professional assistance when needed.

06 Availability, changes and contact

Feature availability may depend on your device and connected services. Use the in-app account-deletion route to close your account. Contact support@sellerside.app for questions about these terms or help with the service; do not send passwords or verification codes.
